How do we pick the list?

Our family has been selling Halloween costumes since the 1970's when plastic children's costumes were all the rage. Nowadays, tastes and costume manufacturing has changed (thank goodness). Even though our costume business has changed as well, we still focus on deluxe, fun, well made costumes & accessories. We use our years of costume knowledge combined with current and past sales patterns on AnniesCostumes.com to determine what will be the top sellers and the most popular costumes. We often look to Hollywood Movies and the TV screen to lend us a helping hand. The inside scoop from manufacturers and our fellow costumers from around the world in the National Costumers Association (NCA) also help out with pieces of our Halloween Costume puzzle. Then, we have our yearly Scary Halloween Survey, where we poll thousands of our website visitors each year to get their opinion. We add all of these components into the mix and Voila! Are we ALWAYS right? No, but we're happy to say we are pretty darn close every Halloween. We get surprised with a few things every year; I'm sure you would hear about it if our crystal ball was working at 100%!
